Tuul RiverForum: Recognising the Tuul River as a member of the 1000+ Resilient Rivers Collective

The Tuul RiverForum

In November 2021, IRF with the Ministry of Environment and Tourism of Mongolia held the the Tuul RiverForum which recognised the Tuul River as a member of the 1000+ Resilient Rivers collective. The forum shared the results of a self-assessment of the river personality and journey and we also heard from those in the Government, environmental, social and economic sectors about the key priorities for the Tuul River and the importance of ensuring its resilience for generations to come.

Thank you to everyone who attended. Congratulations to the Tuul River for becoming the very first Asian river to become a part of the 1000+ Resilient Rivers!
